This Connector is engineered for connecting power to printed circuit boards (PCBs) without soldering by using the economical, highly reliable Pressfit termination method. The Power Tap Connectors have two rows, with five compliant Pressfit pins per row. The contacts are available in two tail lengths to accommodate different PC Board thickness.

ERNI offers screw mount or slip-on tab flexibility. The machine threaded insert resists stripping for maximum reliability and durability. The ERNI Power Tap connector is rated at 25 amps.

The 10 pin version has five pressfit pins per row with a two-row PCB layout. The operating current is determined by characteristics of the PCB and the cable termination.

This power supply cable can be connected through either slip-on terminals or a screw mount terminal. The pluggable terminal is designed for two terminal sizes: 6.3 x 0.8mm or 2.8 x 0.8mm per DIN 46244. The screw mount terminal accomodates an M4 screw.
